I believe every year you have 10 throwaway days. The days you wake up and you just feel like you can’t do it. It takes everything you have to get out of bed and be human. 10? I usually have at least one a month with the exception of at least one of the summer months and December. I had one yesterday. It was pretty awful and pretty devastating. Things don’t usually get to me. I have a really thick wall. But it hurt.
